Greetings Light Family,

Dearest Ones, this era in human history brings much change and expansion throughout human consciousness. The period from October 28 through November 11 has made available new light codes and energetic frequencies never before seen in the physical realms, and we are most curious as to how these energetic patternings will be incorporated throughout physical existence.

Many brave and courageous LightBearers are holding steady, modifying their human activities in order to maintain balance and harmony within themselves and for all as they adjust to these higher, faster frequencies. These Light Bearers have "stepped outside time" and are anchoring these frequencies into the New Earth Timeline. Their spiritual assignments and goals are taking precedence over the affairs of the mundane, and they are modifying their lives to accommodate their spiritual missions.

We witness many others being swept away by these energetic currents, falling into old habits and patterns. Dear Ones, the most important part of any experience you have is in your reaction to it. Many of you are avoiding your experiences, running from your challenges, or reacting to events through old thought patterns and habits. We say to you, the most important part of any experience you have is not the experience itself, but your reaction to it!

What determines your level of spiritual attainment is not that your human life "looks perfect" or that you feel a certain way "all of the time" or that you have all that your small mind tells you it wants. What does determine your level of spiritual attainment is how you react when something is presented to you that does not "look perfect" or when you don't feel particularly happy or when you don't have what you think you want. How do you react to these situations?

Do you judge those who have what you think you want? Do you avoid your emotions trying to "get back" to like it was before? Do you accept the situation before you or do you try to run from it or deny it?

Your reaction to the events in your life is what determines your place on the ladder of attainment. Your reaction enables us, your angelic guides and master teachers, to act on your behalf or to not act on your behalf. Your reaction to all events that are placed before you shows us if the fruit of our teachings and assistance has ripened (or not ripened) within you.

Dear Ones, spiritual attainment does not mean your life will look perfect. In fact, the higher the level of spiritual attainment, the bigger the challenges will be. Spiritual attainment has to do with your reaction to the challenges before you.

We invite you to rise up and greet your challenges with enthusiasm and a big smile. After all, it is your challenges that bring you Home to the Heart of Creator.

Hello Earth Family,

All animals have a soul or are part of a group soul and are on their own ascension journey. We come to Earth to experience, learn, grow, and teach, just as you do. Different animal species come from all over the universe to experience life on Earth. Each animal species has a specific vibration and a specific gift to offer. In this session we will discuss the gifts that cows offer.

Cows originate from an aspect of Sirius and have a great capacity for giving. During the time of the Golden Age of Atlantis, cows offered humanity the gift of their milk. Cows teach humans about the energies of generosity, abundance, and love. The female cow is loving and nurturing and the bull is powerful and protective. Between them they demonstrate a perfect balance of masculine and feminine.

The OverSoul of the cow has been considering withdrawing from Earth; however, now that the frequency of Earth is beginning to rise, they are considering remaining here.
